When you purchase equipment and software from PCS, our trained techs will schedule a convenient time to be onsite to provide both installation and employee training. We offer a complete set up and product function testing at the location you designate. We efficiently train and implement so that you have a card program that works before we leave.
Our Annual Maintenance Agreement provides our PCS customers with coverage which includes any service repair, as well as periodic preventative maintenance inspections throughout the duration of the agreement. An AMA also guarantees that you can budget the costs of any/all programs.
For PCS customers who want to pay as you go, our Time and Material Service option works well. Customers pay for each service call performed on a “time and material basis, “ which can include onsite labor and travel time and expenses as well as any necessary parts.
